🚐 RV Transport – How It Works
Step 1: Quote Request & Vehicle Details
Moving an RV, motorhome, or travel trailer requires specific planning. We begin by asking:
- RV Type: Class A, B, C motorhome, 5th wheel, or trailer
- Dimensions & Weight
- Operability: Can it be driven or does it require hauling?
- Shipping method (Drive-away or tow-away)
- Pickup & Delivery Locations
- Desired Shipping Dates
- Pictures if available
We send you a complete quote based on information provided
Step 2: Contract & Booking
Once you accept the quote:
- We send a transport contract
- Secure a driver or hauler depending on RV type
- Review pickup/drop-off access for large vehicles
We only assign experienced RV drivers or haulers with valid certifications.
Step 3: Carrier Assignment
Based on size, weight, and driveability, we will assign:
- A drive-away driver (if motorized)
- A tow-away hauler with the correct hitch system (for trailers)
- An RGN or flatbed trailer for large, non-drivable units
Step 4: RV Pickup & Inspection
On pickup day:
- A full inspection and Bill of Lading (BOL) is completed
- Photos of the RV’s condition are taken
- The RV is loaded, secured, or driven depending on service type
Step 5: In-Transit Updates
You’ll receive:
- Ongoing ETAs
- Route updates and driver contact
We monitor weather, legal limits, and height clearances during the trip.
Step 6: RV Delivery
On delivery:
- Final inspection is completed
- Vehicle is signed off
- If unavailable, you can appoint a representative
We recommend clearing wide driveways or open areas in advance for easy delivery.
