Step 4: Vehicle Drop Off
Before your car goes to the port, make sure it’s clean inside and out, remove personal items, and leave only a quarter tank of gas or less. Turn off the alarm of the car, let us have a spare key, and dismantle any roof racks or attachments. If you’re dropping it off yourself, the terminal staff will inspect and photograph it before loading
Step 5: Ocean Transit
Your vehicle will be securely loaded and transported by ship. Transit time from West Coast ports such as Long beach or Oakland to Hawaii is typically 7 to 14 days. We will keep you posted with tracking and coordinating with the receiving port.
Step 6: Pickup or Delivery in Hawaii
When your car arrives at your destination, you will be notified right away. Depending on your services type, you can either pick it up at the port or arrange for delivery to your door.
