Step 2: Booking the Shipment
Once you approve, we match the load with the right type of trailer, whether it is a lowboy, removable gooseneck (RGN), flatbed or stepdeck, and finalize pickup and delivery dates. Our team ensures the transport plan meets DOT regulations for oversized loads as oversized loads require special attention, as transportation permits must be obtained for each state and routes carefully planned before the trip begins
Step 3: Carrier Assignment

Step 4: Pickup and Loading
On the scheduled day, the carrier inspects your equipment and records its condition on the Bill of Leading (BOL). Depending on the unit, loading is done by driving it on ramps, winching up, or using cranes. The machine is then secured with chains and binders to DOT standards.
Step 5: Transport Monitoring
During transport, your shipment is tracked for weather, traffic and route changes. If escorts or permits are involved, we coordinate those as well. Updates are charred with you along the way.
Step 6: Delivery
At the destination, the equipment is unloaded and the condition verified against the pickup report. If direct access is limited, we can arrange staging at a nearby location for a smooth final delivery.
