Step 1: Initial Consultation & Quote Request
The process begins when you contact us for a motorcycle shipping quote. Whether you’re moving, buying or selling we’ll help ship your motorcycle securely and affordably.
To generate your quote, we’ll ask for:
- Motorcycle Information: Make, model, year, and whether the bike is operable. Let us know if it’s custom or modified, as that affects transport options and price.
- Pickup and Delivery Locations: Zip codes or addresses help us route the best carrier to your area.
- Desired Pickup/Delivery Dates: Knowing your timeline helps us match you with the right carrier and avoid scheduling conflicts.
Once we have all the info, we’ll send you a clear, upfront quote that includes all costs—transport fees, insurance, and any add-ons. No surprises.
Step 2: Contract & Booking
If you’re satisfied with the quote, we move on to secure your booking. We finalize a transport agreement that outlines:
- Total cost and transport type
- Service expectations and estimated delivery window
- Terms for inspection and insurance coverage
We act as your broker, pairing you with a trusted, licensed motorcycle carrier from our network. Each carrier is vetted for safety, punctuality, and proper equipment.
Step 3: Carrier Assignment
Once booked, we assign the ideal motorcycle carrier based on:
- Route and proximity
- Equipment match
- Carrier availability based on your date and location
Once assigned, we’ll send you confirmation and contact details. The carrier will also get in touch directly to confirm pickup arrangements.
Step 4: Motorcycle Pickup
On pickup day:
- The driver arrives at your location—home, dealership, or another agreed site.
- A condition inspection is completed, and a Bill of Lading (BOL) is filled out with details and photos.
- Your motorcycle is loaded onto the trailer and secured using soft straps, wheel chocks, and other protective gear.
Once everything is secure, your bike hits the road.
Step 5: In-Transit Monitoring
During transit, we stay in touch with the carrier and monitor progress:
- Receive route updates or delays (weather, traffic, etc.)
- Ask us for ETAs or delivery updates any time
Step 6: Motorcycle Delivery
When the motorcycle arrives:
- The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery.
- Together, you’ll complete a final inspection to verify no new damage occurred during shipment.
- If all checks out, you’ll sign the BOL and receive your motorcycle.
If you can’t be there in person, you may assign a trusted individual to accept delivery.
