Step 1: Get a Quote & Provide Specs
ATVs and UTVs may be smaller than cars, but shipping still requires careful planning. We’ll need:
- Type & Quantity: Single ATV, side-by-side, or fleet shipment
- Dimensions & Weight
- Pickup/Delivery Zip Codes
- Preferred Transport: Open or enclosed
- Pictures if available
We send a quote that includes:
- Transport type
- Insurance
- Additional service (e.g., crating, liftgate service)
Step 2: Booking & Confirmation
Once the quote is accepted:
- We finalize your booking
- Lock in pickup windows
- Assign a carrier with the right trailer and equipment
We work with powersports shipping specialists across the U.S.
Step 3: Carrier Assignment
Your shipment is matched based on:
- Trailer type (enclosed or open)
- Number of units
- Route and schedule compatibility
We confirm carrier contact info and send preparation steps.
Step 4: Pickup & Inspection
On pickup:
- Condition inspection and BOL is completed
- Each unit is secured with required equipment
- Enclosed carriers protect from weather; open trailers offer affordable flexibility
Step 5: Tracking & In-Transit Care
During the trip:
- Tracking updates provided
- Weather and route adjustments communicated as needed
Step 6: Delivery of Your ATV or UTV
Once at the destination:
- Units are unloaded and inspected again
- Delivery paperwork is signed
- You can assign someone to receive delivery if you’re not available
Once delivered, your ATV or UTV is ready to go—just hop on and enjoy your outdoor adventures.
