Gathering all the info, we will put together a clear price that includes the type of the transportation, insurance and extra services you might need.
Step 2: Booking the Transport
Once you’re happy with the quote, we finalize your booking with a transportation agreement. This includes the pickup window, assigning a driver and the service type, whether it is open trailer or enclosed. As a broker, our job is to match you with the best carrier from our network of licensed and insured specialists who meet strict industry standards.
Step 3: Carrier Assignment
From there, we assign the right carrier for your shipment. We look at the route, the type of trailer you need (open or enclosed), and carrier availability. Once scheduled, you’ll get the carrier’s details, and they’ll contact you directly to confirm pickup arrangements.
Step 4: Vehicle Pickup
On pickup day, the driver arrives at your chosen location-whether that’s your home, dealership, or a lot. Together, you’ll go over a condition report (Bill of Lading), noting any pre-existing damage. After that, your vehicle is carefully loaded onto the trailer, open-air or enclosed, depending on your choice, and it’s officially on its way.
Step 5: While Enroute
While your vehicle is in transit, we stay in touch with the carrier and keep you updated. Road conditions and weather can sometimes cause delays, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way, with realistic delivery windows so you know what to expect.
Step 6: Delivery
When your vehicle reaches its destination, the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. A final inspection is done to confirm the car’s condition matches the pickup report. Once everything checks out, you sign the Bill of Lading and your vehicle is unloaded. If you can’t be there, a trusted representative can accept delivery on your behalf.

Please note that both pickup and delivery locations must be safely and legally accessible for a semi truck.
Can I ship personal items in my car?
We permit personal items weighing up to 100 lbs to be placed in the trunk of your vehicle or below window level. For safety and insurance reasons, we do not recommend going over the stated weight. Do note include any fragile, expensive items or important documentation. Please not that extra item over 100 lbs may reqire an additional charge!

Open transport is the most common and cost-effective method for shipping vehicles. It’s ideal for standard cars and everyday use. Enclosed transport, on the other hand, provides added protection from weather, road debris, and other external elements. This option is recommended for luxury, classic, or high-value vehicles and typically costs more due to better safety and special equipment.
Do I need to be present at pickup and delivery?
We suggest that the vehicle owner or an authorized representative be present to sign the Bill of Lading, and inspect the vehicle at both pickup and delivery. This protects both you and the shipping company by documenting pre-existing scratches, dents, and so on, while also ensuring proper conditions. Being present gives you an opportunity to confirm the vehicle's condition, verify mileage, and address any questions or concerns with the carrier, directly. This provides peace of mind and helps to mitigate any disputes potentially during or after transport.
How early should I schedule my car shipment?
In most cases, it is best to book your car shipment 1-2 weeks in advance so that you have the best chance of availability with a carrier in a timely manner and competitive rates, specifically for peak times of the year such as summer, holidays, or relocations at the end or beginning of the year. If you are moving to a long-distance or cross-country, it is a good idea to book your shipment 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates for pickup and modes of transport. Booking early can also help you prepare your vehicle, obtain insurance, and complete all the necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth process during your car shipment.
